The cuisine is simple and traditional, based on high quality  products and the combination of ingredients.  We have have a sun terrace with a marvellous view over the Dolmites.

The wine cellar is taken care of by Adolfo, and you will find around 500/600 labels of Italian and international wines.

The terrace and the tavern

Panoramic terrace

Our terrace, which has been recently renewed, offers a wonderful view of the Dolomites, you can see the 5 Torri, Becco di Mezzodì, Croda da Lago, Pelmo and Tofana.

The tavern

The tavern is a small room, separate from the restaurant, which can be reserved for special occasions and private parties.
It can accommodate up to 15/20 persons.

Baita Fraina is one of the 10 restuarants that has given life to an association called AltoGusto since 2006.  The association members all have in common love for their origin, respect for tradition and the will for  increasing the value of local products. Each year, the restuarant owners of AltoGusto partecipate in a culinary festival, with a theme which changes each time, giving life to exciting evenings of high quality cuisine.
